We produce two types of selection:
Knowledge based
Rule based
'Knowledge based' are the product of traditional methods with the form book, allied to analysis of draw and pace, long terms trends, trainer profiling and gallop reports. 'Rule based' are selections highlighted by a number of expert compiled systems. We back the best of these selections on a strict value basis - around 5 to 10 bets per week.
Selections are supplied with detailed reasoning. Subscribers gain first hand knowledge of a professional betting operation and the angles they use.
Knowledge based selections
We hunt for horses we judge are significantly overpriced, with emphasis on quality races and the bigger Festivals. At these meetings we we have enjoyed colossal success - in 2010 we achieved a return on turnover (ROI) in excess of 40% - in 2011 we doubled that:
Rule based selections
Our Rule based selections come from a select range of criteria, which over time have produced a high return on investment (currently in excess of 30%).
We isolate key factors, and use our criteria to flag up when typical ingredients are in place - so we don't miss considering those opportunities. Most are simple insights into the way trainers go about their business gleaned from patient study with our huge results database. When the odds are right we get interested.
Do you proof selections to an independent 3rd party?
Absolutely. To verify the accuracy and fairness of our results, Mike Bishop and Dan Jones of Racing Proofing receive an advance copy of all our selection e-mails.
Proofing queries should directed to: support@racingproofing.com
What is the staking policy?
We stake between 1/2 and 3 points per selection (more than 2 points would be rare). A typical bet is 1 or 1.5 points to win.
How & when do I receive your selection information?
Selections are issued by email, with SMS text messages available as a low-cost option. We also post selections to the Members' area online.
If there is early information our advice is normally sent by around 9.30am - often earlier on Saturdays and major racing days. A further advice may follow anytime up to around Noon.
Our members generally have little trouble obtaining advised prices, if able to act within 10-15 minutes of issue.
Is membership limited?
We will start to limit numbers if it becomes difficult for members to achieve the advised price. At present things are fine, but we keep a close eye on developments.
